The Bronze Package includes a short, relaxed session that captures a few stunning portraits ideal for puppies, senior dogs, or anyone wanting to dip their paws into professional photography for the first time. The Bronze Package Includes: - 3hr Playful & Relaxed Photo Session. - Choose your own location anywhere in Cornwall or Devon: It could be anywhere from beaches, woodland or your own back garden. - 8 professionally edited digital images. Access to the photo gallery via a link for easy viewing and selection.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy 🐾 I understand that life — and dogs — can be unpredictable. This policy ensures fairness and clarity for all clients while keeping scheduling smooth and flexible. 1. Booking & Deposits A deposit of £25 is required at the time of booking to secure your session date. The remaining balance due will be payed at the end of the session. Your booking will not be confirmed until the deposit has been received. 2. Client Cancellations If you give more than 48hrs notice: You may cancel or reschedule you appointment with no additional charge. If you give less than 48hrs notice: Any cancellations within this period will result in the loss of your deposit. No-shows: Failure to attend your session without prior notice will result in the full session fee being forfeited. 3. Rescheduling You can reschedule at anytime free of charge, if at least 24hrs of notice is given. 4. Photographer Cancellations In the unlikely event that I need to cancel due to illness, extreme weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered: A full refund, or The option to reschedule your session at no extra cost. 5. Refunds Deposits are non-refundable, except where the cancellation is made by the photographer. Once digital files, prints, or other products have been delivered, no refunds can be issued. Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 10 working days via the original payment method. 6. Weather & Outdoor Sessions If weather conditions make it unsafe or unsuitable to continue, the session will be rescheduled free of charge. Decisions regarding weather postponements will be made collaboratively between the client and photographer. 7. Legal Rights This policy complies with UK consumer protection law. Nothing in this document affects your statutory rights.
