Alongside these natural moments, the session also produces a small selection of timeless, beautifully composed portraits of you and your pup together. Paw & Order Includes: - 1hr30 Playful & Relaxed Photo Session of you and your dog. - Location of your choosing in Cornwall/ Devon - Access to 15 edited digital images. - Access to a range of print options. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy 🐾 I understand that life and dogs can be unpredictable. This policy ensures fairness and clarity for all clients while keeping scheduling smooth and flexible. 1. Booking & Deposits Booking will not be confirmed until payment is received, once received you will receive a booking confirmation email. 2. Client Cancellations If you give more than 48hrs notice: You may cancel or reschedule you appointment with no additional charge. If you give less than 48hrs notice: Any cancellations within this period will result in the loss of your deposit. No-shows: Failure to attend your session without prior notice will result in the full session fee being forfeited. 3. Rescheduling You can reschedule at anytime free of charge, if at least 48hrs of notice is given. 4. Photographer Cancellations In the unlikely event that I need to cancel due to illness, extreme weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered: A full refund, or The option to reschedule your session at no extra cost. 5. Refunds Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 10 working days via the original payment method. 6. Weather & Outdoor Sessions If weather conditions make it unsafe or unsuitable to continue, the session will be rescheduled free of charge. Decisions regarding weather postponements will be made collaboratively between the client and photographer. 7. Legal Rights This policy complies with UK consumer protection law. Nothing in this document affects your statutory rights.
